Product Description
Weightlifting platforms are, to put it simply, sturdy platforms designed to place beneath a power rack or squat rack, something to put between your heavy weights and the floor of the gym or your home gym.They are a platform, usually made from a combination of wood and rubber, that comes between your floor and your weights. There are two basic types, each with their own purpose. A Lifting Platform is essentially a solid flooring element made from either cross laid ply timber or composite manufactured structurally so as not flex when the force of lifting is applied to it. Both composite and timber platforms can be integrated seamlessly in to 30mm and 40mm rubber gym flooring.
