DESCRIPTION: HD EP GEARTECH high performance gear oil developed for wind turbines and various types of industrial heavy loaded gearboxes and worm wheel boxes operating under normal to extremely heavy duty conditions. Formulated with high quality mineral base oil stocks, extra anti-foam (silicon free defoamer) with ester additive and excellent load carrying capacity, extreme pressure (EP), anti-foam additives, anti oxidant, anti-rust & water demulsibility, oxidation stability, corrosion protection and increase long drain intervals to provide optimum equipment protection and oil life even under extreme conditions compare to normal EP gear oil to provide excellent protection against conventional wear modes such as scuffing but also provides a high level of resistance against micropitting fatigue. It also offers the potential for improved lubrication of gearbox rolling element bearings. APPLICATION Recommended for Wind turbine gear drives, power generation & Industrial gear drives such as heavily loaded gear drives of all sizes and capacities, especially for heavy loads and high shock loaded gear units, remotely located units and extreme high & low temperature environments. Mining gear drives requiring additional protection such as conveyer belts, shaft winder gear drives, Mill crushers, Sugar, Steel, Cement Mill & other processing units for heavy duty industrial gear drives. Recommended for all types of steel industrial gears in a closed sump, operating under severe service conditions and subjected to high shock loads, including those that work at very high speed. HD EP GEARTECH is long life gear oils range for the lubrication of worm gears, Bevel Helical gears, Planetary gears, Helical gears, Power generation such as mills and heavy loaded gear drives.
