Product Details
With the Heavy Duty Sealing Machine, operators heat seal materials continuously for industrial packaging. It closes films that measure between 0.12 mm and 0.18 mm thick. By moving at speeds that reach 10 m/min, the machine works quickly. For various needs, the temperature is adjustable up to 300°C and the seal widths are 8 - 10 mm. Due to the way the manufacturer built the machine, the parts are strong. On the conveyor the weight capacity is 15 kg. If an operator uses the controls, the process is easy to manage. And because the machine functions this way, the seals are the same every time and the machine does not stop for repairs often.
