Heavy Duty Shrink Tunnel for LDPE (BS-5540M) provides uniform, high-capacity shrink wrapping with adjustable conveyor. In this machine the BS-5540M model processes LDPE film for heavy industrial use. As the tunnel functions, it applies heat evenly to wrap items in plastic that contracts. For the movement of goods, the conveyor belt travels at speeds that the operator can change up to 8 meters every minute. With a high volume of output, the system regulates heat to an exact degree. It is built with a 20 kW power capacity so that the structure remains strong. Because the frame is durable, the machine supports objects that weigh as much as 40 kg. Due to the steady application of heat, the plastic contracts in the same way every time. And the speed of the process increases the number of items that workers pack per hour. By using this method, the facility uses less plastic film than manual methods. To maintain an even workflow, the hardware is designed to run without stopping.
