By using two chambers, the Horizontal Double Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine packs many items. On the sealing bars, the length is between 650 mm and 850 mm. In the pump the capacity is 40 m³/hr to 300 m³/hr. It is made of SS 304. For each cycle the time is 20 - 40 seconds. And the machine operates without stopping. To create closures that do not break, the machine uses pressure and heat. Due to the removal of air, products last for a longer time before they spoil. If a user operates this machine, they do not need to stop work frequently. With this design workers produce more items in industrial packaging applications.
