With Horizontal Heavy Duty Double Vacuum Packaging Machine, a user seals items in large quantities. It has two chambers and sealing bars that measure 650 or 800 mm. For the removal of air, the pumps move between 40 and 300 m³ of gas every hour. As the body is made from SS 304 stainless steel, it resists corrosion. On the control panel, a person operates the system with a timer or a PLC interface. In each cycle the machine works for 20 - 40 seconds. Due to the high pressure from the bars, the plastic layers fuse together in a way that prevents leaks. When the air is gone, the organic materials last for a longer duration before they spoil. By using this design, the operator avoids frequent stops for repairs. There is a consistent level of operation for tasks in a factory setting.
