Product Details
To ensure that industrial processes for food, medicine and mechanical items move many units quickly, an Automatic Heavy Duty Double Vacuum Packaging Machine is used. It uses a Programmable Logic Controller to manage cycles that last between 20 and 40 seconds. For durability the structure is made of SS 304 stainless steel and measures roughly 2290 in 1225 by 1150 mm. By using a weight of 850 - 1200 kg, the machine stays stable during use. In the system pumps that move 150 - 500 cubic meters of air per hour are present so that the air is removed thoroughly and consistently. On the DC-900A and 1200A models, there are two sealing bars on each side that measure 900 or 1200 mm in length. If a pack is large, the 10 mm width of the seal is sufficient to make sure the bag stays closed. For electrical power, the machine requires a 3-phase supply of 415 volts at 50 hertz. With an installed power of approximately 10 kW, the unit uses specific brands of switchgear and wires so that it functions without stopping or failing. As per the specific model, the chamber size is different. And because of those options, a user is able to pick a machine that fits the exact size of their product and the amount of work they must complete.
