The Intensive Inclined Dampener B-IDI is a versatile wheat milling component, using a specialized rotor system to achieve intensive yet gentle dampening of wheat kernels, capable of adding up to 5% moisture per cycle. It is also essential for mixing flours (homogenization) and for precisely adjusting the moisture content of flours and brans.
- Effective Moisture Addition: State-of-the-art two-component injection system and specialized rotor create intense material whirling, ensuring optimal intermixing with atomized liquid for highly efficient moisture addition in flours and brans.
- Flexible In-line Mixing: Functions as a continuous mixer for simple flour blends, using an intelligent rotor and sophisticated beater system for gentle and efficient homogenization.
