ITL has designed and manufactured the most affordable Double Column Horizontal Band Saw Machine with Linear Motion Guide Bearings for smoothest operation. The Machine can be used for Job Shop, tool rooms as well as for light/medium production requirements. Features: Highly compact and space-saving design especially suitable for small entrepreneurs. Very easy to use and maintain, does not require skilled operators. Highly ergonomic design & features. Miter (Angular) Cutting upto 45 degree one direction only. (Optional) Direct Drive by motor coupled to the Gear Box to eliminate power losses. Infinitely Variable Speed Drive (VFD) for achieving infinitely variable cutting speed with larger tool life. Highly smooth and positive transmissions by advanced Gear Box. Precision Flow Control Valve to enhance the blade life. Hydraulic feed sensor to regulate the excessive feed automatically. Double acting Hydraulic Cylinder. (for up down movement) HSS Bi-metalic Blade as well as Tungsten Carbide lip (TCT) can be used on the machine. Coolant Pump with a Built-in Tank for compact construction. Smaller Hydraulic tank for oil saving and lower maintenance. Bundle cutting arrangement (Optional) Length Setting Stopper (Optional)
