Offset Height: Joggle tools are defined by their offset height (e.g., 1.5mm, 3.5mm, 10mm). Manufacturers like Infinity Tooling offer standard sizes ranging from 1mm to 15mm. Adjustable vs. Fixed: Fixed Tools: Dedicated to a specific offset depth. Adjustable Tools: Feature interchangeable inserts or manual adjustments to create various offset heights with one tool body. Technical Specifications Material: Most industrial joggle tools are made from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel to withstand extreme tonnage. Hardness: Hardened and ground to 55–60 HRC (Rockwell Hardness) to ensure long life and precision. Capacity: High-end models can handle up to 100 tonnes/metre of bending force.
