Product Details
Technical Specifications Dimensions: 60 mm x 60 mm square block. Common V-Openings: Typically includes 4 to 6 openings such as V6, V10, V16, V25 or V8, V12, V20, V32. Material: Usually forged from 42CrMo alloy steel or EN31 high-carbon steel for high pressure resistance. Hardness: Induction hardened to 48–60 HRC, often with a minimum hardening depth of 1mm to 2mm to prevent deformation under heavy loads. Compatibility & Usage System Fit: Directly compatible with Trumpf and Wila press brakes using a die rail or block holder. It can also be adapted for Amada/Promecam systems using a standard 60 mm die holder. Bending Capacity: Suitable for bending sheet thicknesses from 0.5 mm up to 6–8 mm, depending on the specific V-widths chosen. Setup: Operators simply rotate the block within the die holder to align the required V-opening with the top punch.
