A tray dryer is a convectional drying equipment with enclosed insulated chambers and trays placed on top of each other in a trolley. Tray Drying Ovens are used for drying of pharmaceutical powders, granules, Pigments, Food, Bakery, Electrodes, Chemical, and Plastic etc in an effective and economical way by hot air re-circulation. Tray dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other. Pharmaceutical Tray Dryer with Electrical Hot Air Heater base has many benefits. The foremost benefit is that it facilitates quick drying of chemical substances without increasing the temperature of the samples. Tray drying refers to dehydrating small pieces of produce by exposing them to a source of hot dry air or to the sun until dry enough to store at ambient temperature with minimal spoilage. Dried foods are lighter and store in a smaller space than canned foods and do not require a constant power supply like frozen foods.
