Automatic Strapping Machine JN-85E - 26 Straps/min is a tool that places straps around containers within automated assembly systems. It uses a power supply of 220 V and 50 Hz to apply 26 plastic bands every sixty seconds. Each full revolution of the mechanism lasts 2 seconds. The device accommodates polypropylene bands with widths between 9 mm and 15 mm. It functions on packages that measure no more than 800 mm in width and 600 mm in height. By using this machine, a facility maintains a constant level of tightness on every strap. The machine fastens containers so they do not open during transport. There is a decrease in the physical effort required from employees because the process is mechanical.
