IQUBX JB22 Modular Aluminium Floor Junction Box is a patented underfloor access box designed for organized routing, branching and maintenance access of electrical power, data, networking and communication cables in concrete slabs and raised-floor systems. Made from high-strength 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, this floor junction box is corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic and suitable for demanding commercial, institutional, industrial and infrastructure interiors. Its modular construction allows the box to be site-assembled, fabricated and modified in custom sizes, helping reduce lead time and support project-specific floor layouts. The screw-less flush lid sits securely within the lid collar to create a safe anti-trip surface. It can receive the same finished flooring material, including tiles up to 20 mm thick, carpet, wood, stone and similar finishes. This creates a seamless floor appearance without exposed metal plates, visible screws or uneven covers. JB22 is ideal for open-plan offices, airports, retail spaces, conference rooms, educational institutions, hospitals, control rooms, commercial buildings and industrial facilities requiring concealed cable access and flexible future maintenance.
