The Multi Head Machine for Pulses is a system that packs pulses, rice, grains and snacks automatically at a high rate of speed. It is capable of weighing materials precisely with multiple heads plus it fills containers with 5 - 2000 grams of product. There is an output of 51 - 100 pouches during each minute. By supporting pillow, three side and four side sealing, the machine provides multiple options for closing packages. It operates using 440 volts and 6 kilowatts of power. The parts consist of materials that resist wear but also damage over long periods. As operators use the interface, they find the controls are simple to understand and use. To switch between different product types, the technicians change the settings as well as parts in a short amount of time.
