Multi Head Machine fills pouches with granules - using configurations that have between 2 and 14 weighing heads. For those operations, the machine uses electricity to drive the process and can fill between 10 g and 1000 g into each container. On a typical production line, the system completes as many as 60 bags in one minute. When the machine functions, it manages a capacity that ranges from 50 g to 1 kg for every pouch. Because the heads are arranged in a multi unit layout, the system portions material so that the weight is the same every time. To improve the process, this design ensures that the weight is accurate and that the amount of extra product given away is low during periods of high output.
