DESCRIPTION: PD LCX-3, PD LCX-333 & PD LCX-2, PD LCX-222 grease is formulated with lithium-complex thickener designed with premium viscosity synergistic base oils to stand with water provide a heavier oil film for applications with excessive loading at slow and high speed & high temperature PD LCX-3, PD LCX 333 & PD LCX-2, PD LCX-222 grease contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive with antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors and special EP additive. It possesses resistance to water washing and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures, vibration, shock loads, wide temperature range and components that are prone to fretting corrosion. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance. These greases having excellent water repellent properties with flow and pump-ability for automatic centralized and individualized systems. APPLICATIONS  These greases can be used in a wide range of industrial applications and are particularly recommended for application in electric-motor lubrication. PD LCX-2 & PD LCX-3 grease is recommended for applications where continuous high speed motor bearings & hi-temperature intermittent very high temperatures are experienced. PD LCX-222 & PD LCX-33 greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance. These grease has excellent water repellent properties with flow and pump-ability for automatic centralized and individualized systems.  Versatile Industrial Application: It is recommended for applications for various small & medium bearings and roller bearing where antifriction bearings operating at high speed & high temperature is required for general industrial lubrication where non-melting grease is required particularly heat resistance, such as home appliance motors and electrical components for automobiles, sealed for rolling element bearings, heavy duty electric motor ball, fans, air conditioning bearings, automotive alternator/generator/starter motor bearings, Industrial fans, including high speed fans, Water pumps, rolling bearings in textile, paper processing and drying machines, Clutch release bearings, Vertical shaft and other wide range of industrial applications operating under medium and high speed ball (and roller) bearings operating at high and high temperatures.
