DESCRIPTION: PD SYNTH is high performance lithium complex soap thickener grease with premium quality synergistic base oil combination, incorporating high dosage of special white solid lubricants synthetic (PAO) ester, Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive system creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs with special EP additive and combination of high viscosity of mineral & synthetic base oil are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand high continuous loads, high shock loads and heavy vibrations. Due to special synthetic additive package this grease gives resistance to water washout for equipment protection, extremely smooth surfaces resulting in minimum wear and reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and very low co-efficient of friction elements, avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. It gives extended bearings life and gives longer relubrication interval periods and over a wide range of temperatures for bearing applications and gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and reduces friction. APPLICATIONS PD SYNTH grease is used for continuous high temperatures or intermittent very high temperatures is experienced. Wide operating temperature range: -30°C to +180°C. It is recommended for application such as furnace door bearings and kiln car wheel bearings and for general industrial lubrication where non-melting grease is required. PD SYNTH -1 & 2 is highly recommended for roller and Sliding Bearings, Spindles, Steel, Cement, Paper, Chemical, Mining, Automotive & Construction Industry & VSI in Stone Crusher & Cone Crusher (Quarry). PD SYNTH-0, 00, 000 & 1000-00 is recommended for anti-friction bearings where high resistance to water washing is needed with grease reservoir and for leaky gear boxes. This grease is easily pump able in central lubrication systems; it does not channel on gears running at high speeds when using.
