DESCRIPTION: PTFE HTX-2 is high performance & long-lasting grease formulated in perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluorinated synthetic oil and solid lubricants with special German technology improvement additive, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is white buttery grease which are nonreactive, non-flammable & safe in chemical and oxygen service. It only contains carbon, oxygen and fluorine, it does not contain any hydrogen or silicone and is basically chemically inert. It will not burn or support combustion. It is ideal grease for vacuum parts which are exposed to air such as rods in vacuum loading locks, vacuum door seals, moving aperture holders and valves. It does not degrade in contact with air.
