Pneumatic Cup Fller For Sugar is a machine that creates, fills and seals sachets or pouches for granular materials that move freely, including sugar. It uses a volumetric cup filler that functions via compressed air to provide measurements between 100 g and 1 kg. All components that touch the sugar are stainless steel to ensure cleanliness and simple washing. The machine produces pouches with a seal down the center at a rate between 20 and 60 units every minute. Its vertical form-fill-seal design works with laminated films that melt when heated to create closures that do not leak. There is a programmed cycle that allows the machine to function with little assistance from workers to increase the amount of output. The external frame consists of mild steel plus is manufactured in India for consistent use. It fits into existing factory rows and uses exact volume measurements to ensure the weight of the contents does not exceed the limit. The machine works without stopping and requires few repairs when it processes sugar, salt, rice or pulses.
