Product Details
The Pneumatic Pouch Packing Machine is a device made of stainless steel that uses a programmable logic controller to automate the filling process. There are four weighing heads that use compressed air to move components and this system fills containers with a mass between 10 g and 1 kg. In every minute the machine produces between 8 and 14 pouches. Because the frame has wheels and the system uses air pressure of 7 bar, operators can move the unit to different locations easily. Due to the pneumatic design, the machine requires less electricity than fully motorized versions. When the programmable logic controller operates the valves, the machine achieves the same filling amount repeatedly plus allows users to modify settings for different products quickly. As the frame consists of stainless steel, the surfaces are easy to wash and resist damage over time. It is suitable for packaging items that people eat and items that are not for human consumption.
