In simpler terms, otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type unwinds the packing roll, folds it in tube shape, seals at the centre, fills the liquid and then seals at top bottom.Otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type fills premade pouches with product and then seals them shut. Pouch fill and seal machines come in two main varieties: Rotary and inline.Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.Conveyors. Conveyors transport products from one location to another desired location. Conveyors can be used anytime within a packaging line. Continuous packaging lines are fully automated with conveyors from start to finish.
