PRODUCT DESCRIPTION R&O TURBINE OIL is a premium-quality turbine oil with rust and oxidation inhibited in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. It is manufactured from premium high refined & high viscosity index paraffinic base oil technology. It contains anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, ashless, zinc-free and non-silicone anti-foam inhibitors to provide outstanding performance and protection in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. The oil has good water separating properties, high oxidation and thermal stability, first-rate anti-corrosion properties, and low carbon forming tendency at high temperatures to minimize deposit formation and provide long service life. It has outstanding oxidation resistance and stability. It has high-load carrying capacity and excellent affinity for metal surfaces to protect against wear. It has natural detergency for improved cleanliness; the oils have good oxidation control, anti rust & corrosion and anti wear properties and excellent hydraulic stability and anti foaming characteristics. It also has excellent low temperature properties for use over a wide temperature range. APPLICATIONS · Industrial & Marine non-geared gas turbine, hydroelectric, power generation steam turbines. · Direct-drive Steam turbines not including GE Frame 7000. · Air tools and other pneumatic equipment lubricated through airline lubricators · Centrifugal and rotary air compressors · Vacuum pumps, deep-well water pumps, and machine tools · Bath, splash, circulating and systems, Gear sets calling for AGMA R&O oil · Industrial & Marine bearings - Electric motor bearings, fan bearings, and blower bearings · Industrial & Marine applications include: hoists, electric motor bearings, machine tools, etc. · Lightly loaded enclosed gear drives where the OEM specifies a R&O type oil VG 32, 46, 68, 100 · R&O TURBINE OIL- 32, 46, 68 & 100 are excellent hydraulic fluids in low pressure systems up to 1000 psi.
