DESCRIPTION: POWERMAXX Rock Drill Oil is an adhesive, extreme-pressure (EP) lubricant specially developed for the lubrication of air-powered tools such as rock drills, jackhammers, pavement breakers and drifters to lubricate and cool the internal mechanisms and moving parts of pneumatic drilling equipment. It also is recommended for the lubrication of mining and industrial equipment operating in wet environments. It is formulated with an ashless, chlorine-free additive package for reduced environmental impact. POWERMAXX Rock Drill Oil is formulated with premium high-quality paraffinic base oils and specially blend with non-chlorinated high performance anti-wear additive packages technology ensures extended lubrication and trouble free service. It provides excellent protection in heavy duty pneumatic percussion tools, rock drills operating at high temperature and under extreme pressure. It has also high load-carrying capacity to protect against wear and seizure of sliding metal surfaces under heavy or shock-load conditions. The emulsion and metal surface adhesion properties allow a maintained lubricant film in the presence of moisture. It also provides protection against rust and corrosion. It also has good oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures for long service life. The non-chlorinated additive package helps reduce environmental impact in case of leaks or stray mist, and facilitates waste oil disposal. APPLICATIONS  These applications include pneumatic equipment tools such as used for rock drills, mining, tunnelling, sample drilling, jack-hammers, pavement breakers, compactors, and other pneumatic equipment.  Mining equipment such as demolition hammers, chipping hammers and drifters.  Enclosed industrial gearboxes where leakage is a problem.  It is also designed for use as an air-line and operating lubricant for high air flow pneumatic drilling equipment operating in heavy duty service environments.  POWERMAXX ISO 32 & 46 formula is specially designed for low temperature operations. Advanced mid grade viscosities offer outstanding equipment protection and operating efficiency across a wide range of applications and temperature range for excellent performance across all seasons. Equally adept at meeting the needs of small, high speed drills along with the heavy duty demands of large, slow speed drills operating in extended service and high temperature conditions.
