Scew Convyeor - 100 Kg Capacity, 8 Inch Diameter functions to transport bulk materials horizontally and vertically within cement, chemical plus fertilizer plants. It contains a stainless steel screw with a 200 mm diameter which moves powders and granules without interruption. The machine fits into layouts requiring distances between 3 and 6 meters. The system moves 100 kg of material but also uses 220 V/50 Hz electricity so that operators can install it easily. As a semi automatic machine, it maintains constant feed rates and requires infrequent repairs. It prevents materials from breaking apart as well as keeps dust inside the housing during movement. Because of its industrial design, the Indian made conveyor fits directly into manufacturing lines. There are simple controls and a rigid structure so that the machine can operate without stopping.
