Product Details
The Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine ETS-009 secures boxes within packing and dispatch lines. It requires a power supply of 220V/50Hz and consumes 0.4kW of energy. There is a cycling time of 1.5 seconds for each operation. The hardware supports straps with a width between 9mm and 15mm. To secure the items, the user adjusts the tension within a range of 5kg to 50kg. A motor feeds the strap into position. The machine joins the ends of the strap with heat. The frame consists of mild steel. Simple dials plus switches allow the user to control the functions. Because the components are robust, the machine functions regularly without the need for frequent repairs.
