DESCRIPTION SILICON-100 & 350 is non-melting heavy consistency high vacuum grease specially designed with nontoxic materials, offers good resistance to solvents, no harm for plastics or rubbers, good adhesive sealant, non melting. Suitable for lubrication in valves used in chemical industries and hot and cold-water lines. This grease excellent thermal stability, Water repellency, Ditectric application chemical inertness and maintains its consistency over a wide temperature range. It has exceptional sealing ability which makes this grease ideal for vacuum & pressure system handling equipment's. In addition, this grease is useful as lubricants for plastic, Rubber to Plastic & Rubber to Metal assemblies. Also, it is used as releasing agent in epoxy, Polyester, PVC & Polystyrene moldings. APPLICATIONS Recommended for applications where continuous high temperatures or intermittent very high temperatures are experienced. The maximum usable temperature for Hi-Temp Grease for extended service of Wide operating temperature range-40°C to 260°C (-58°F to 384°F) It is recommended for versatile application in high vacuum systems for plastic, Rubber to Plastic & Rubber to Metal assemblies. Also, it is used as releasing agent in epoxy, Polyester, PVC & Polystyrene moldings, Laboratory and industrial stop-cocks for chemical duty, Sealant for air-lines control valves and pneumatic systems. Mould release agent to Epoxy, Polystyrene, PVC Thermoplastics O- Rings, packing's and other rubber assemblies It can also be used in ambient temperature applications such as roll neck bearings where high resistance to water washing is needed.
