DESCRIPTION: SYNTH CAL-2 460 & 680 HD is a high performance grease manufactured from selected from premium high viscosity synthetic base oils with combination of calcium soap, EP additives, synthetic esters are utilized in synthetic greases for both high and low temperature and respond favorably to additives used to enhance performance - such as antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, anti-wear agents, and load carrying additives to provide excellent water resistance properties and good corrosion and rest protection, forming a stable lubricant film to withstand continuous high shock loads & provide excellent water resistance of heavier oil film for applications. Its extreme pressure, water resistant bearing grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain heavy bearings. APPLICATION This grease is recommended for all types of ball, roller and plain heavy bearings found in all types of damp, humid or wet industrial applications. Particularly suitable for use in salt water environments. It can be applied for all industries where a high performance, water resistant lubricant is required such as water treatment, quarries, marine, docks, agriculture, construction, textile, and most other industries. Versatile Applications: Scrapers, rakes, dockside cranes, water environments such as slips ways, wire ropes, crane pulleys, Anchor winches, Deck equipment bearings, Cargo door hinges, Thruster and rudder bearings, Open gear or rack and pinion systems Nipples, spring leaves, chain drives, Open and Semi-Open Gear Systems, boat trailers and similar applications where bearings, pins, bushes, slides etc are subjected to extreme wet conditions.
