Unlike glue or screws, ultrasonic welding creates a permanent and tamper-proof joint, making it the preferred method used by major electronic manufacturers. The machine operates at 20 kHz frequency with 2000W output, making it ideal for welding medium-sized ABS and PC enclosures such as power bank shells. It ensures uniform sealing, clean finishing and high structural integrity while preventing damage to internal lithium-ion cells.
