The Weigh Based Packaging Machine fills and seals granules, powders and solid products automatically with accuracy. When the machine uses single, double or multi head weigh fillers, it functions at a rate between 10 and 80 parts per minute. By weighing the items precisely, the system reduces the amount of excess product that is lost. Due to the use of stainless steel for the parts that touch the products, the surfaces are clean plus free from contaminants. As the process is automatic, it increases the rate of production. And it is simple to combine this equipment with packaging lines that are currently in use.
