Faucets, Water Taps and Bib Cocks

A bib tap is a type of wall mounted tap which is commonly used for cleaners sinks and wash troughs both indoors and outdoors. Wall mounted bib taps feature a faucet and spout which bends downwards.Wall mounted individual taps are called bib taps and taps fixed to the basin itself are called pillar taps. A thermal insulator is used between the bib tap and standpipe body and the pipes are covered with polyethylene insulation.
