The non-autoclaved aerated concrete is a kind of material that does not require autoclaving, which is formed by mixing and natural curing through adding gas into slurry composed of cement, fly ash, water, and various admixtures by adopting a special process formula.Non autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) is a type of lightweight concrete which is used to produce blocks and replace bricks. NAAC is lighter then conventional concrete. It is formed by using portland cement, fly ash, limestone, aluminum powder and water.Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is made with fine aggregates, cement, and an expansion agent that causes the fresh mixture to rise like bread dough. In fact, this type of concrete contains 80 percent air. In the factory where it is made, the material is molded and cut into precisely dimensioned units.
