IQUBX RW011 Modular Aluminium Floor Raceway is a premium 150 × 45 mm aluminium floor cable raceway engineered for safe, organized and future-ready routing of electrical power, data, networking and communication cables in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Manufactured from high-strength 6063-T6 aluminium alloy, RW011 features a patented screw-less snap-fit lid that enables quick installation, easy cable additions and hassle-free maintenance without removing multiple fasteners. Its lean 45 mm depth allows installation in most concrete floors and raised floor systems while maintaining excellent load-bearing performance. The raceway incorporates a ribbed structural design for superior strength and an external grooved profile that provides excellent bonding with concrete and flooring materials, minimizing floor finish cracking and preventing movement under heavy pedestrian or equipment loads. Unlike conventional GI raceways, RW011 is non-magnetic, eliminating eddy currents and reducing interference with sensitive data and communication cables. The modular profile allows widths to expand from 150 mm to 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm using staggered interlocking sections without requiring completely different products. RW011 integrates seamlessly with IQUBX JB22 and JB23 Modular Floor Junction Boxes, creating a complete modular floor trunking system for flexible cable routing, branching, maintenance access and future expansion.
