To operate this Box Top And Bottom Sealing Machine, a user connects it to a 220 V single phase power source. It is equipped with a 1.5 kW motor that allows the device to seal as many as 80 cartons every minute. By using this speed, the machine supports high levels of activity in a facility. It is made of steel that has a powder coating of mild steel and has a mass of 100 kg. Because the machine is built this way, it resists wear and requires little care over time. On a packing station, the device occupies a small amount of floor space. For items that measure up to 600 × 500 mm, the machine applies adhesive tape to the upper and lower surfaces. When the tape is applied in this regular manner, the machine prevents the contents from moving and ensures fewer items are damaged. If a user needs to change the size of the cartons, they can use simple mechanical parts to adjust the settings. Due to those quick adjustments, the machine does not stop for long periods when different products arrive. In a production line, it is easy to add this machine to the existing workflow.
