Product Details
The Carton Taping Machine seals boxes in packing lines that require some manual input. It is certain that the FXJ-6050 functions with 220 V/50 Hz electricity. By using this machine, a person can process boxes that measure between 100 × 100 mm and 500 × 500 mm. For tasks that require a medium volume of work, the device processes 10 boxes every minute. It is built with a mass of about 115 kg and occupies an area of 1730 × 950 × 960 - 1550 mm. Due to the fact that the table height is adjustable, the machine fits into work areas and allows operators to work without physical strain. When a user operates the unit, it uses PVC adhesive tape that is 36 or 48 mm wide or 3 inches if the user chooses. As the machine applies tape in a way that does not change, the number of rejected boxes is lower and items are safe during transport. If the conveyor moves at its maximum rate, it travels at 200 m/min. And because the semi automatic controls are not complex, a person can prepare the machine quickly or change settings for different box sizes without difficulty. To ensure that the machine does not need frequent repairs, the designers made it to function in an even manner. In addition to those features, the machine makes the quality of packaging more uniform, lessens the amount of physical work needed and makes the time for final packing shorter.
