Door Type Vertical Double Vacuum Packing Machine is designed for vertical vacuum packing of products in food and industrial applications requiring deep vacuum and tight seals. In this machine the door type vertical design allows for the packaging of food and industrial items within a vacuum environment. It is constructed with 304-grade stainless steel and contains electrical switches from Schneider along with controllers that use timers. To operate the VCD 550 / 700 series requires 415 volts of three phase power plus uses between 2 and 3.5 kilowatts. For the removal of air, a pump moves 40 cubic meters of air every hour so that the machine completes a cycle in 20 - 40 seconds. There are vertical chambers that have doors and those chambers provide a sealing length of 550 millimeters or 700 millimeters. As the seals are 10 millimeters wide, they prevent air from entering the packages. If a user adds a second sealing bar, the machine processes different sizes of packages more effectively. Due to the dimensions of 1250 by 500 in 1500 millimeters, the machine occupies a specific amount of floor space. By using RR control cables, the system manages each cycle with precision. It is built for constant use and weighs approximately 350 kilograms. With the use of stainless steel, the machine resists damage but also limits the presence of unwanted substances. On the surfaces, a person can perform cleaning tasks easily. And because the construction is strong, the equipment functions for a long period. When a facility integrates this machine, the number of packages produced increases. It is also true that the vacuum process makes the contents stay usable for more time and prevents the seals from failing.
