Emery Roller is a machine for de-husking pulses thus this machine some time called as pulses Splitter. They are used in various pulses mills for per-treatment and obtaining gota. It is operated by a motor and the hopper is mounted at one end. The roller with emery rotates inside a screen, Our special range of emery roll can effectively remove the husk of Gram, green whole lentil, red whole lentil, toor dal whole beans, green gram, Moong Black gram, Urad.
The specialty of our machine ie Emery Roll Machine is that it takes less powder and give maximum production.Use of emery-coated roller is a common practice in commercial dal mills. The emery coating is used for abrasive or refractory action. Whole pulses are passed through abrasive roller machine for scratching of seed to facilitate the entry of oil/water in the grain during pre-milling treatment.Emery paper is a type of abrasive paper or sandpaper, that can be used to abrade (remove material from) surfaces or mechanically finish a surface. Operations include deburring, polishing, paint removal, corrosion removal, sizing, etc.Typical Applications.
Abrasive polishing applications, concrete non-skid surfaces in conjunction with concrete or epoxy resins, barrel finishing, pressure blasting, coated abrasives, tumbling and deburring media, lens grinding and lapidary work.
