Gravity Separator machine is for separating products from impurities, products with very slight difference in sizes and were separated previously like (weak, damaged, lost moisture and discolored products) . With this cleaning process the quality is increased. Effective separation in sesame and cumin products.Gravity separation process is used for the concentration of haematite. Gravity method is based on the difference between the densities of the ore particle and gangue. It is used for the concentration of denser ores from the water soluble and lighter impurities (gangue).Particles of same size but differing in specific gravity can be separated. Rule 2. Particles of same specific gravity but differing in size will be graded according to size.Gravity separation is also called levigation or hydraulic washing. Here, the lighter gangue particles are removed from heavier ore particles by washing in a water current. It is mainly used for oxide ores and carbonate ores based on their difference in densities of the ore particles and impurities.Density separation is achieved with basically two components, mechanical vibration and air fluidization.There is only one type of gravity. There are no other types of gravity present in nature. This means there is only one type of gravitational force that pulls the two bodies together based on their masses and the distance between their centers.
