GD01 Built-In Handle Wide Stile Aluminium Glass Door is a premium modular glass door system designed for office cabins, executive rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, clinics, showrooms, commercial interiors, and modern residential spaces. The door has a distinctive wide-stile design with an integrated built-in handle, creating a premium and minimal architectural appearance without the need for an external pull handle. The wide lock stile provides a strong visual identity and sufficient space for narrow-stile mortise locks, dead locks, electronic locks, and compatible access-control hardware. GD01 can be configured as a single-glass or double-glass aluminium stile door. For single-glass doors, 8 mm or 10 mm toughened glass is recommended, with 11.5 mm laminated glass also supported. For double-glass doors, two 6 mm or 8 mm glass panels can be used. The double-glass configuration is achieved by reversing the mouldings and inserting a 15 x 15 mm aluminium tube or Iqubx GPC1415 section in the centre slot, while snap-fit mouldings conceal fixing screws for a clean finish. Manufactured from 6063 T6 aluminium alloy, GD01 uses a 145 x 40 mm lock stile with integrated handle and 92 x 40 mm hinge stile and rails. It is compatible with the DF03 modular aluminium door frame and can be used with glass partitions, gypsum partitions, modular walls, and interior masonry-wall openings. GD01 supports flush hinges, butterfly hinges, narrow-stile mortise lever locks, dead locks, electronic locks, drop seals, concealed door closers, surface door closers, pivot systems, and floor-machine compatibility. It is designed and made in India and GreenPro certified for IGBC projects.
