DESCRIPTION: HTXX 460 & MOLY HTXX 460, 1000, 1500, 2500 HD grease is long life moly disulfide high temperature greasedesigned for automotive and industrial applications. This grease formulated with extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear package, fortified with powerful balanced blend of inorganic bentonite clay and high film strength cylinder synergistic (semi-synthetic) virgin base oil and does not contain any asphalt or chlorinated solvent. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active a German technology improvement friction modifier additive & molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, high drop point, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads in heavy duty. Application. Provide a heavier Oil film for applications with excessive loading at slow speed & high temperature. It's Superiority in water resistance, oxidation stability, corrosion protection and high dropping point makes it a unique choice for rugged applicationrequirements. They give excellent lubrication for extended time periods, in wet or dry applications, and over a wide range of temperatures for open gears & bearings. APPLICATIONS Applications: These greases are used in bearings & heavy duty gear drives working at high temperature & low speed and also exposed to high shock loads and vibration, both exist in indoors and outdoors, in both cold and high temperature applications. It has been designed to lubricate where large heavy loaded in journal, roller & sleeve bearings, large girth gear drives, transmission brasses, crown wheels, transmissions open gears, crystallizer transmission gears & rotating dryer gears with the capability to resist the permanent attack of pollutants as steam vapour, water, juice and trash. It has strongly recommended industry in Sugar mills, Steel, Paper, Mining, Cement, Chemical, Power plants, Marine & Offshore. It can be applied by high pressure spray systems but, immersion or circulation lubrication is possible too.
