The Kirloskar Diesel Generator – CPCB IV+ Optiprime, 2 × 750 kVA from Swastik Power provides 1 500 kVA of power for standby use. It has two DV12ETA 4G2 engines which produce 600 kW (900.6 HP) each - those engines operate at 415 V and 50 Hz with a 0.8 lagging power factor. By using a series configuration, the system works for industrial tasks and loads that must not fail. For its physical size, the unit is 12 000 mm long and 2 300 mm wide. The weight of the machine is 18 500 kg when it is empty and 18 900 kg when it contains fluids. With the silencer attached, the height is 3 381 mm - but the height is 2 713 mm if the silencer is not present. Due to CPCB IV+ compliance besides Optiprime controls, the machine manages fuel and emits fewer pollutants. When the canopy is used, the sound is 75 dBA. If a facility needs high capacity and extra power sources, this system is suitable for manufacturing sites and large buildings. To help with use the design allows for connection to existing systems. In terms of maintenance, the twin set is easy to service and includes safety tools. It is built using Kirloskar engineering methods.
