DESCRIPTION POWERMAXX TCZ - 40 / 50 / 60 contains over 40%, 50% and 60% finely powdered high purity zinc. The compounded product is fortified with special metal deactivators for chemical stability and reduction in plating tendency which optimum lubrication to prevent galling and seizing and the need for excess Torque application to achieve break-out. These do not build up on threads and protect against additional make up. This grease provides adequate protection against corrosion. It does not build up on thread and is brushable, resist water absorption and retain consistency over a wide range temperature band. Due to the special characteristics of its base grease ensures highly resistant to water, prevents leakage even in extreme pressures at high temperatures and uniform suspension of metallic powder. POWERMAXX TCZ - 40 / 50 / 60 offers excellent adhesion to tool joints. ADVANTAGES & BENEFITS Excellent Water Washout Resistance. Does not oxidize, harden or dry out over an extended temperature range. Excellent Brushability over an extended temperature range. Excellent frictional characteristics help tighten the connections at desired stress levels. Contains Oxidation, H2S Inhibitors and free of lead It Conforms to API RP 7 (Appendix G) APPLICATIONS POWERMAXX TCZ - 40 / 50 / 60 is recommended for water resistant, corrosion resistant, leak proof, displaces moisture and contaminations, seals body cavities, temperature resistant. Area of Usage: Specially used Valve Threads, Tool Joints, Drill collars and pipes, coupling joints, drill bits and other rotary shoulder connections. POWERMAXX TCZ - 40 / 50 / 60 may be applied with the help of a brush in hot and cold weather.
