Rolla-V dies are a specialized type of press brake tooling used in metal fabrication to achieve precise bends while minimizing common issues like material marking and deformation.Key Benefits of Rolla-V Dies Mark-Free Bending: Because the rotors rotate with the workpiece, there is virtually no sliding friction between the sheet and the die, which prevents surface damage and marks on delicate or polished materials. Minimal Deformation Near Holes: The constant support provided by the rotors allows for bending very close to holes or slots without the typical "flaring out" or deformation seen with standard dies. Small Flange Support: These dies can successfully bend much shorter flanges than conventional tooling because the workpiece is always fully supported by the inserts.
