Semi-Automatic Tray & Cup Sealing Machine - Gas Flush REMA-7878-T removes oxygen with gas, applies heat to seal material and cuts edges for trays and cups. It uses 230 V of electricity plus completes 3 - 4 cycles every minute. There is a requirement that film sizes do not exceed 380 × 350 mm. The frame is stainless steel 304 or aluminum, which prevents corrosion and provides a rigid structure. With tooling that the user can change to fit specific shapes, the machine uses pressurized air to create seals that are identical every time. In this process the machine lowers the amount of oxygen inside the container. It is because of this gas flushing that the food or liquid does not decay as quickly. To ensure that the product stays fresh for a longer duration, the machine maintains a barrier against the air.
