The process is called emulsification, A colloid mill is a machine that is used to reduce the particle size of a solid in suspension in a liquid, or to reduce the droplet size in emulsions, In the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, suspensions, and emulsion industries, the colloid mill is used for superfine grinding, homogenising, emulsifying, dispersing, combining, and removing liquids, ointments, and highly viscous materials, Ensure that color solution is completely unloaded from the Colloid Mill. Carefully remove the hopper assembly by unscrewing the respective nuts to washing area. Wipe & clean the SS rotar and other parts with 2% Teepol solution using nylon brush. Finally rinse them with Purified water and air dry them.
