BFC3 Patented Parametric Aluminium Baffle Ceiling with Acoustic NRC Infill  IQUBX BFC3 is a patented truss-engineered modular aluminium baffle ceiling system designed for high acoustic performance and advanced architectural ceiling design. It combines a slim 39–40 mm wide aluminium profile with project-specific acoustic or decorative infill panels. The system accepts 11–12 mm infill inserts, including True NRC PET acoustic boards, mineral fibre tiles, cork, ACP sheets, gypsum board, pre-laminated particle board, laminated MDF, veneer, laminate-finished WPC and printed vinyl panels. This allows the ceiling to be specified for sound absorption, visual branding, decorative finishes or a combination of acoustic and aesthetic requirements. BFC3 can be manufactured in customised heights from 100 mm to 900 mm and above. Its truss construction enables linear, curved, angled and organic baffle shapes, as well as multi-height ceiling arrangements. These configurations create parametric ceiling effects with changing profiles, sculpted forms and visually dynamic ceiling compositions. A centre slot in the framing channel can accommodate an LED strip for concealed linear ambient lighting. The system is suitable for auditoriums, conference rooms, airports, metro stations, offices, feature lobbies, educational buildings, institutional interiors, retail spaces and hospitality projects.
