Auger filler Coffee Powder (Instant & Filter) machine is designed for automatic dosing and packing of instant and filter coffee powder into center-seal consumer pouches. To achieve accuracy, the machine uses an auger filling system that works well for 100 g packs. By adjusting the settings, operators can fill pouches that hold up to 1 kg. During this process, the weight stays the same and the amount of extra product is small. When the machine runs, it fills 15 - 40 pouches every minute and closes them with heat. Because the seals are strong, they protect coffee products that react to smells or water in the air. For packaging the system uses single layer laminated pouches with a center seal that measure 6 x 4 inches. And with the digital printing tool, the machine adds specific designs, batch codes plus required legal information to every pack.
