Auger filler Ginger / Garlic Powder machine is designed for automatic filling and packing of ginger and garlic powder into center-seal retail pouches. To describe the equipment, it includes an auger filler dosing system that measures material with precision. When a user calibrates the system for 100 g packs, it remains accurate. If there is a need for different volumes, the machine is flexible enough to fill pouches that weigh up to 1 kg. As the machine operates, it fills between 15 and 40 pouches every minute. By using heat to close the containers, the mechanism creates seals that are physically strong. For those reasons, the product does not spill often during continuous production. It is compatible with single layer laminated, center seal pouches that measure 6 x 4 inches. And the surface of the material works with digital printing so that operators can add specific designs, batch codes and regulatory information. Due to the automatic operation and the way it handles pouches, the machine is appropriate for spice processing lines. With this system the packs look the same and the amount of product moving through the line is reliable.
