Auger Filler Herbal / Ayurvedic Powders (Ashwagandha, Neem, Tulsi) Machine is a semi-automatic pouch packing system engineered for precise dosing and center sealing of fine herbal and ayurvedic powders. In a typical hour, this machine fills approximately 1000 pouches. It operates with a rotating screw that moves the material to make sure that the weight of every pouch is the same. By using this method, the system prevents the loss of materials and keeps active ingredients from separating into different layers. The frame is heavy and solid with a mass of 650 kg. To provide power a 1 Hp motor runs at 440 V. Because of this construction, the machine does not shake much when it runs. It is suitable for facilities where people process herbal products without stopping. When the powder is sticky, the machine still works effectively. It fills pouches with ashwagandha, neem, tulsi plus other mixtures without leaving residue on the seals. And as the machine packages those items, it ensures that the pouches remain strong and look neat. For the final step, the machine creates a seal down the middle of the film - those pouches are small and show if someone has opened them. They are appropriate for stores but also medical settings.
