Auger Filler Powdered Sugar / Icing Sugar Machine is designed for automatic filling and packing of powdered and icing sugar into center-seal pouches. In this machine the design allows it to fill and pack powdered sugar and icing sugar into pouches with a center seal automatically. It is a tool that uses a rotating screw to measure plus dispense amounts between 100 grams and 1 kilogram. For those quantities, the equipment produces 15 - 40 pouches in one minute. By using this system, workers can process pouches that consist of layered materials or have marks from a digital printer. It is certain that the machine puts the correct amount of sugar into each container and closes the openings so that they do not leak. On every cycle the appearance and the weight of the packs are the same. To operate the controls is a simple task for the user. Due to the features, the machine works without wasting time or materials during the process of packaging sugar.
